When she’s not playing on the playground or watching Dora the Explorer, Arianna spends a lot of time battling a hematologic disorder. To forget about her troubles for a while, Arianna wished to go to Walt Disney World® with her family. This wish meant more than just a fun getaway: it meant becoming Princess Ari!
What better place to be treated like royalty than the Magic Kingdom®! Arianna took Orlando, Florida by storm. She and her loved ones spent five days visiting the theme parks. According to her mother, Arianna’s favorite characters were the “Frozen” sisters, Princess Anna and Queen Elsa.
Arianna also enjoyed staying at Give Kids the World Village, a resort especially made for wish children and their families. She swam in the swimming pool, ate frozen treats at the ice cream palace, and played on the life-size Candyland board. She also enjoyed mingling with her fellow princesses at the pirate/princess party!
The highlight of Arianna’s royal adventure was her trip to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. Upon her arrival, Arianna was greeted by her fairy godmother who welcomed her to the salon that caters to little princesses. She received a magical makeover including hairstyling, painted nails, glittery makeup and a princess gown and accessories that were hers to keep. She will always remember this enchanted experience.
